Her strengths in multitasking and time management help keep the salon running smoothly, but it's the constant flow of smiling faces—and the opportunity to be the first point of contact—that makes her role so rewarding.

Bella loves the team’s supportive spirit: “If someone needs a second pair of hands, there’s always someone willing to jump in,” she says. “Watching the creativity and drive of our stylists is such a privilege.”

Currently studying esthetics, Bella is excited to grow within the beauty industry and hopes to continue her journey with Aacardi in a new role when the time is right.
